ORDERING + SHIPPING
We send subscription boxes in the first full working week of each month (to arrive by roughly the 15th.) Orders for Europe generally take up to 20 days and for North America can take a little longer.

For example, if you order from March 1st – 31st, your box will be sent in early April. Orders made in April will receive a box by 15th May, and so on.

DELIVERY
We ship via Royal Mail 48, which is a partially tracked service. Your tracking reference can be provided on request by contacting our customer support team, please note that this will only provide information once delivery has been made or attempted.

Our packing and shipping schedules are the same each month, so we do not send shipping confirmation emails. Occasionally deliveries may be a little delayed due to circumstances beyond our control, in this case we will communicate any necessary updates via our social media channels and/or weekly newsletter.

SUBSCRIPTION BOXES
All of our members receive the same items in their monthly subscription box, and we are unable to swap out any items or cater for specific dietary requirements. Any food items in our boxes that contain allergens will be labelled appropriately, however we are not responsible for any allergic reactions that may occur due to ingredients in our boxes.

Our monthly subscription boxes are sent in our specially-designed letterbox packaging, and there is no signature required upon delivery. If Royal Mail cannot deliver your box, this will be returned to your nearest Royal Mail depot for collection. We cannot be held responsible for items scanned as delivered but not received.

RETURNS + MISSING ITEMS
Royal Mail will not declare an item missing until seven working days after the expected delivery date. If your box has not arrived within this timeframe please contact our customer support team who can arrange a replacement.

We do not accept returns, unless an item is faulty or damaged. Please contact us within 28 days of delivery otherwise we will not be able to issue a replacement.

CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations of rolling subscriptions can be made by visiting our website and clicking on “My Account.” Please ensure you cancel before the date your payment is due – i.e. if you pay on March 15th, you’ll need to cancel by March 14th in order to ensure your subscription is cancelled and you don’t receive the following month’s box as payments will not be refunded. Prepaid subscriptions cannot be cancelled.
ADDRESS CHANGES
Any changes to delivery addresses must be communicated to our support team via email or our Live Chat facility.
BESPOKE GIFTS
Bespoke book boxes, gift boxes and gift cards by post usually ship within 1-3 working days of ordering via Royal Mail 48 (or the next working day via Royal Mail 24 when choosing our express shipping option.)
